As Chief Operating Officer, Casey is responsible for the infrastructure that makes IO's vision operational - the logistics, the processes, the systems, and the day-to-day execution that allows a premium brand to function with consistency at scale. She is the reason IO's promises are kept, not just made.

Casey approaches operations with a philosophy that is distinctive in its clarity: the best operational system is one that disappears. When logistics are seamless, when processes run without friction, when members receive what they were promised exactly when they were promised it - the system has done its job by becoming invisible. That invisibility is what Casey builds toward.

Her work spans the full operational breadth of IO - from supply chain and product fulfillment to the internal processes that govern how members are onboarded and how the brand maintains its quality standard as it grows into new markets. In each area, Casey brings the same disciplined attention to detail that Olivia brings to product formulation: nothing ships below the standard, and the standard is never negotiated.

Casey also understands that operations at IO are not purely logistical - they are relational. Every shipping notification, every onboarding touchpoint, every member support interaction is an expression of the IO brand. She ensures that operational excellence and brand excellence are never in conflict - because in a brand built on trust, they cannot afford to be.

As Chief of Staff, Cindy is responsible for the internal alignment that allows IO's leadership team to function at its best. She manages the flow of information between departments, ensures that priorities are synchronized across the organization, and creates the conditions in which decisions are made with full context - and implemented without loss of fidelity.

The Chief of Staff role requires equal parts precision and people intelligence. You must understand the strategy well enough to protect it in execution, and you must understand the people well enough to move them forward without friction. Cindy brings both - a rare combination that has made her indispensable to IO's ability to operate as cohesively as it does.

Beyond operational coordination, Cindy serves as a critical link between IO's leadership and its broader community. She ensures that the experience of being inside IO is consistently reflected in leadership decisions, and that the gap between what IO promises and what members actually receive is always being actively closed.

Her presence inside the organization is felt not in announcements or strategy documents, but in the quality of communication, the clarity of direction, and the consistency of follow-through that members experience as the IO standard. As Chief Technical Officer of IO - It’s Olivia, Alfred is responsible for the full spectrum of the brand’s information and communications technology infrastructure. From hardware architecture and network systems to software development, cybersecurity, and enterprise platform integration, Alfred ensures that every technical layer of IO is built to a standard that matches the quality of the products the brand carries. He is the person who makes certain that the systems work - quietly, reliably, and without exception.

Alfred brings to IO a rare technical depth that spans both the physical and digital dimensions of enterprise infrastructure. He oversees the hardware environments that power IO’s operations, the software systems that manage data, communication, and platform performance, and the security protocols that protect every member’s information. His work is not visible in the front-end experience - and that is precisely the point. When technology is built correctly, it disappears. When it fails, it is all anyone notices. Alfred is committed to the former.

His approach to ICT governance is grounded in two principles: ownership and resilience. IO does not rely on fragile third-party dependencies for its core technical operations. Under Alfred’s leadership, the brand’s systems are architected for reliability under load, security against external threats, and scalability as the IO membership base expands across new regions. Every network decision, every software deployment, and every hardware investment is evaluated against one question: will this still hold when the business is ten times larger?

Alfred also leads IO’s approach to data integrity and platform interoperability - ensuring that the multiple systems operating across the IO ecosystem communicate accurately, securely, and in real time. From database architecture and server infrastructure to mobile platform compatibility and API integration, his team handles the technical complexity so that every other department in the organization can move without friction. That frictionlessness is not accidental. It is engineered, maintained, and continuously improved.
